Stout Beer Barbeque Sauce

Servings 1 ½ cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 6 oz tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon sriracha
  • 2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup Stout
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar packed

Instructions
 

  • Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the garlic.
  • Add the remaining ingredients, cooking until thickened, stirring occasionally.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
