Chipotle White Ale Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

wt oz fresh cranberries

cup
white ale*
1
cup
sugar
1
medium sized chipotle chili in adobo
minced
1
tbs
adobo sauce
pinch
salt
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a pot, bring to a low boil.
Boil, stirring frequently, until thickened, about fifteen minutes.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to serve.
Can be made three days in advance.

*Use a white ale, Belgian ale, Hefeweizen, or craft cider
